Terms of Service

The Service helps a group plan a holiday. An organiser invites participants; each is interviewed by an AI assistant; we reconcile everyone’s preferences into a brief, research five holiday options, and let the group vote. Where enabled, the organiser can then book specific flights and accommodation in-app.

• Planning output is advisory. Options and prices are AI-generated suggestions and are indicative only. They may contain errors and can change at any time. Always verify details before you rely on or pay for anything.
• We are an intermediary, not the travel provider. Flights and accommodation are supplied by airlines and accommodation providers under their own terms. See the Booking Terms.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The Service has no passwords: participants act through a private magic link, and organisers hold a session granted from their own link. Keep your links private — anyone with a link can act as you.

• You confirm you have each invitee’s permission to add them and share their email address with us for the purpose of the trip.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of trip details and for who you invite. We record the time you give this confirmation.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone;
• submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis to do so;
• probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or the AI safeguards; or
• resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove trips and links that breach these terms or threaten the Service.

When you book in-app, you also agree to the Booking Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Card payments are processed by Duffel Ltd as merchant of record. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the moment of booking.

The Service, its software and its branding belong to Acumon Ltd. The trip content you provide remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to run the Service. Third-party content (e.g. destination imagery) belongs to its owners.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that AI suggestions, prices, or availability are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines, accommodation providers, or other third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for the planning Service is limited to the fees you paid us for it (which, for the planning tools, is usually nil). Liability connected to a specific booking is addressed in the Booking Terms.

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below. You may stop using the Service at any time and can erase your data (see the Privacy Policy).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@example.com.
